Silver Team
The Silver level swimmers build upon the skills learned in Bronze, with an increased focus on yardage and more complex techniques. Freestyle and backstroke remain key, but swimmers also start working on breaststroke and are introduced to butterfly, gradually learning the timing and coordination required for these strokes. Practices at this level become more challenging, pushing swimmers to increase their endurance and refine their form under more demanding conditions. Legal turns and proper stroke technique are reinforced, with more attention given to the specifics of each stroke. Silver swimmers also start to develop race strategies, learning how to pace themselves and optimize their performance in competition. This level serves as a bridge between basic swimming skills and more advanced competitive techniques.
